Do not use MedMal Insurance for your coverage, they will not provide the quality service that healthcare providers need & deserve.

We are a small privately owned doctors office that just needed insurance coverage so we could keep serving the community’s healthcare needs. Pro Mal insurance has proven they can’t handle it. This is our warning so others are not treated like us. Beyond multiple repeat examples of poor customer service and delays without explanantion, they cashed our checks without providing a new policy, which qualifies as fraud.

This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We have created this website to warn others so they do not waste their time with this company.
